I was thinking the same, BP. I have always liked worldwide airmail stamps, and have many in my collection. I never thought about having a topical collection before, not until I joined this forum. Now am getting the inkling to start an airplane collection.

Do you have an airplane collection BP?

Yes we do, but I don't recall seeing any threads for Airmail stamps though.

The more I look at Latin America the more I like it. Those two Nicaragua are two from a series of I think six commemorating Christopher Columbus. It won't happen anytime soon but I can see myself plucking out one Latin American country to focus on and Nicaragua is the most likely source.
