i had a similar experience in my PO one of the "lady's" wont service ANYTHING i bring in (and now i dont deal with her at all because of this) but i have to say there are 2-3 workers at my LPO that LOVE my mailings so much they actually get into arguments on who is going to cancel them for me and take bets on where i am sending too!!

|Ross, the biggest problem with this Post Office, is that it is a satelite location for a bigger Post Office in the area. This location is open from 9 to 3:30, and closed for lunch. There is only one person working there, so its not like I can complain to anyone else.|
They probably think they can get away with that crap. I would talk to the person at the parent post office about the staff at the satellite location. There is no excuse for laziness and/or poor service, especially from a government organization.
Ignorance isn't bliss... it is just ignorance.

I should have done that, now I found another post office to go too, but that one is not much better. I believe as a whole, the USPS just doesnt care anymore. Maybe if it was run more like a business, and not like government, it would be succesful. But then again, what do i know.......lol
