| You have to sign up for a free account, Aamer, but they sell at face from what I can tell. |

| Yes, they do sell the stamps at face value. You can also open an account and receive all the latest issues etc |

| Question: Do we need to sign up an account to purchase the stamps?
I tried signing up but they require me to key in a RSA contact number even when I'm a foreigner.
